Jeff Rutt, the founder and CEO, started Keystone Custom Homes out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1992. With 2014 right around the corner, predictions are being made as to the year’s trends in home design. The Voice of Color has announced the color of the year for 2014 as “Turning Oakleaf.” It is described, “like a butter cream, this color has a fullness to it, while remaining light enough to act as a neutral.”
