About the Community

Prairie Point is a scenic community located in Olathe, KS. Conveniently off of I-35, fantastic shopping, dining, and recreation are all very close nearby. The community will have 175 homes when completed. Prairie Point also features a swimming pool complex with a large reef ledged pool as well as a separate fenced wading pool for small children.
